2. Shipping Policy
2.1. Delivery Time and Tracking Information
The average delivery time for orders is 15 to 40 business days after purchase, with a maximum delivery period of 60 business days.
2.2. Tracking
Tracking codes will be sent via email and WhatsApp within 2 to 12 business days after order confirmation. Please note that tracking information may take 7 to 14 days to appear in the tracking system.

3. Special Situations
3.1. Delays Due to Strikes or Official Agencies
In the event of service disruptions caused by strikes or delays from official agencies (e.g., customs or postal services), the customer has the right to request a refund. However, it is necessary to wait for the completion of the logistical process—either through delivery of the product or official closure of the shipment status.
3.2. Returned Orders or Incorrect Addresses
The accuracy and completeness of the delivery address are the customer's responsibility.
If the order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to pick up the item at the post office, an additional shipping fee will be charged for resending.
In cases not attributable to the customer (e.g., logistic error), a full refund will be issued.
3.3. Withdrawal and Cancellations
For orders in transit or with pending updates from the postal service, cancellations or refunds can only be processed after delivery confirmation or the official closure of shipment tracking.
