Our shirts are imported, but we also have some options in stock in Brazil. If the purchased model is not currently available in Brazil, we will place an international order to ensure you receive the product.
CAN I PERSONALIZE MY SHIRT?
YES! Personalization is available for an additional fee of R$30.00.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept payments via PIX, bank slip (boleto), and debit/credit card.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES?
In some cases, products may be subject to customs duties by the Federal Revenue. If this happens, don't worry — the store will cover the cost!
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIMEFRAME?
For pre-order models, the average delivery time is 15–40 days. For items marked as READY TO SHIP, express shipping is available. Please check all shipping terms in the DELIVERY POLICY.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the package is posted, we provide a tracking code on our website, and we also send it to your email and WhatsApp.
I REGRET MY PURCHASE, CAN I CANCEL IT?
You may request a cancellation within 7 days of payment approval, or a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Please review the conditions in our EXCHANGES & RETURNS policy.
CAN I RETURN A PERSONALIZED SHIRT?
Personalized shirts CANNOT be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects. See details in EXCHANGES & RETURNS.

Can I choose which shirt I’ll receive?
No, shirts are shipped at random.
What if I receive a rival team or a team I don’t like?
You may list up to 10 teams you do not wish to receive. Just fill in the field with the names of the clubs you DO NOT want.
CAN I PERSONALIZE THE SHIRT?
No, personalization is not available, but there is a chance you may receive a model with a player’s name already printed on it.
I DIDN’T LIKE THE SHIRT I RECEIVED, CAN I RETURN IT?
Yes, you may return the shirt if you are not satisfied. However, shipping costs will be covered by the customer. The value of the order will be refunded, and NO replacement shirt will be sent. The shirt must be in perfect condition — unworn, with no defects or signs of use, and with its original tag. The refund will only be processed if all conditions are met.
